A valid UAE Driving License or an International Driving Permit is required.
Tourists must provide passport and valid visa copy.
You must provide all required documents before the rental agreement is confirmed.
Bookings can be made via our website, email, or in-person.
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Payment can be made through approved payment methods only.
The company reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment is not completed.
Vehicles must only be used for legal purposes in accordance with UAE traffic laws.
Smoking, transporting illegal goods, or off-road use is strictly prohibited.

The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received. Any damage will be charged to the customer.

The customer is responsible for deductibles or damages not covered by insurance.
The company is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the rental period.
Cancellations must be communicated in advance via email or phone.
Refunds for canceled bookings are subject to our refund policy, which may vary based on the type of vehicle and rental duration.
The company reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle unavailability or safety concerns.

The company may terminate the rental agreement if the customer violates any of these Terms & Conditions.
In case of termination, the vehicle must be returned immediately, and additional charges may apply.
